Crescent Petroleum functions through highly efficient multidisciplinary teams of experienced technical, commercial, legal, financial and other business support personnel. These teams have the capability of taking a full-scale project from its conceptualisation to its successful implementation, which include the stages such as:

• identifying an oil and gas opportunity,
• carrying out an exploration potential evaluation with its geotechnical resources,
• completion of engineering and drilling the necessary wildcat and appraisal wells,
• evaluation of the exploration results and provide a field development plan,
• carrying out the field development, facilities and pipeline construction and installation activities; and
• commissioning and production.

Crescent Petroleum believes that people are its greatest asset, and for over 40 years it has developed a body of knowledge and expertise within its staff. We enjoy a very stable employee base and employ high-calibre individuals to fill a broad range of engineering disciplines, including reservoir, production, drilling, facilities and process engineering among others. A highly experienced geotechnical staff of petrophysicists, geologists and geophysicists have an in-depth background in the interpretation and development of the complex carbonate reservoirs common in this area.
