Duties & Responsibilities:

• Planning, organizing, managing and controlling various projects in order to ensure that the project cycle is completed, meeting agreed standards and objectives.
• Management and control of interfaces with third parties (Client, Partners, Contractors) for all project works.
• Verify that engineering tasks are strictly carried out in compliance with the contract requirements, and in particular with the Company’s safety philosophy, recognized engineering practices, project specifications and standards.
• Monitor and control the progress of the project viz. budgeted costs, quality, timelines.
• Utilize project management tools to develop and update detailed Project activity schedules.
• Preparing monthly and annual reports for current projects.
• Solve without delay pending technical matters.
• Provide inputs in the development of operational plans and budgets in order to ensure that all budget parameters have been considered.
• Execute the implementation of proposed plans and manage the budget for the Projects at hand in line with approved business plan.
• Monitor proper execution and implementation of work to ensure desired results.

• Participate in negotiations in contract settlements with third parties.

• Assist in preparation of presentations to partners and third parties.

Qualifications & skills

• BSc in Mechanical/E&I Engineering.
• 5 years’ work experience in an Oil & Gas Company or contractor; of which at least 2 years Project Engineering experience.
• Expertise in Microsoft Project & Excel.
