Duties & Responsibilities:

• Rendering legal advice on all legal risks and exposures.
• Providing legal opinion on various legal matters including: oil and gas, general commercial transactions, corporate, banking and finance and various other regulatory and compliance matters.
• Negotiating, structuring and drafting various legal documentation (such as concession agreements, PSAs, service contracts, Farm out agreements, JOA, JVs, SPA, shareholders agreements, etc.)
• Liaising with external law firms/counsels.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor Degree from a recognized law school.
• Minimum 4-5 years of post qualification experience, trained in a top tier international law firm. Oil & Gas experience is an advantage.
• Able to demonstrate excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic languages, Able to work independently.
• Excellent negotiation skills are required along with a strong commitment to team work and a high degree of personal accountability.
