Duties & Responsibilities:
- Participates in establishing the KorMor organization including recruiting and hiring.
- Recommends and monitors training for KorMor site personnel.
- Ensures procedures and instructions for all Operations activities are prepared and understood.
- Directs all aspects of LPG Recovery Plant, Upstream Production Facilities, and Pipelines.
- Manages the utilization of personnel and equipment to meet product deliveries and meet performance objectives established by Company.
- Reviews and approves Production-related expenditures and capital requests.
- Liaises with onsite government officials.
- Develops budget and controls budget for Production-related activities.
- Maintains authority over Production budget and schedule.
- Recommends changes, approves and recommends expenditures for improvements .
Qualifications & Skills:
- University Degree in Chemical Engineering, Petroleum Engineering or related field / HND.
- Minimum twenty (20) years’ experience in hydrocarbon processing design and operations, with minimum ten (10) years’ experience in Manager-level position.
- Experience in Cryogenic /gas processing, LPG Recovery Plants and Upstream Well/ Separation facilities highly desirable.
- Fluency in English required.
