Executive Assistant to the Chairman of the Board (Bilingual-English/Arabic) - Sharjah

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • First point of contact for Chairman of Board as it relates to day-to-day activities. Maintains personal schedule of Chairman of Board while addressing conflicting priorities using judgment and knowledge of departmental issues, priorities, and relationships to respond.
  • Ensures effective communication between the Chairman’s office and internal and external clients.
  • Provides coordination and supports the administrative functions of the Chairman’s Office.
  • Composes important and confidential correspondence requiring a broad knowledge of the organization’s operations and regulations. Also replies to correspondence on verbal instructions or in many cases on, their own initiative.
  • Identifies administrative issues with potential impact to the operation of the Chairman’s Office & recommends solutions and courses of action.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Must be degree qualified.
  • 10-15 years of solid secretarial experience with minimum of 5 years work experience at CEO level.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic.
  • Excellent time management, organizational and computer software skills.
  • Ability to maintain high level of confidentiality.
